Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services. Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all major regions supported by our carriers. If your location is outside our delivery range, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
