At Royal Home Decor (ryldecor.com), we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Refunds or returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Proof of damage, such as clear photos or videos, must be provided when submitting a claim.

Reporting Window
All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Special Cases
In exceptional circumstances, concessions may be made at our discretion. Such cases are reviewed individually and must be supported with sufficient documentation.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process
If your item qualifies, our support team will provide return instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
